Milkweg, before you tell someone to "change it via modding", shouldn't you check to see whether it's something that can be fixed by modding? It probably can't be, otherwise the good folks at Matrix probably would have made the suggestion.
Chill, dude, it was a friendly suggestion and not meant as an insult. The good folks at Matrix are just the publishers of the game and don't know the inner workings of it. Maybe see if you can email the developers and they will tell you how to modify it. I agree the amount of kit you can carry before becoming tired is not enough and I would also like to see the camera made more useful.

Seen it played at a friends, seems like an overall decent game that could offer a few hours of gameplay...however
I won't be buying it until the breath issue is fixed, it's not like the mercs get a penalty or anything....no they pass out like a bunch of idiots. I thought I had hired a crippled merc when it first happened to one of the mercs when I tried it at amy friend...but apparently you can't do anything properly without resting every few turns for half an hour while the enemy completely destroys your team with grenades.
So yeah, either bring out a complete fix or I'll wait until I can find a trainer that fixes the breath issue.

I have found a rather easy fix. Just half the BP value for single and burst in "Hired Guns\basis\scripts\logic\action_cost.xml" and the mercs will stop passing out just because they fired a couple rounds.

Awesome! So I'm guessing BP stands for "Breath Points" so that would mean the breath mechanic is at least partially moddable. Thanks for this info laggoman.
