Perfect answer Juergen. The faster turnaround, with turns, the better, but we all have lives. I think this game will be finished! Let's get Tom and George's time zones and we can begin. Oh, and email address. I think a written thread as the game progresses will let us know whre the turn is and we can have some friendly banter as it progresses. Perhaps pictures if a player wants to. I will post a summary of the house rules at the top of the thread. I thought of calling the game "Rise of Nations" if everyone is ok with it. Hopefully, we can start today. I'll be back later today.[:)]

Don´t want to post my email adress here in a open forum.
Players can ask me via PM if they lost my email adress.

Well gentlemen, the game is on, I assume I'm player 5 so Seille can send me my turn (he already has my e-mail address), I will PM Arditi my e-mail and password after I played my first turn.
May the best Warlord win!

Hi George,
Give your email to Tom. He has asked/emailed me for it. He sends to you and you to Seille. Good to have you onboard. Please refer to the Rise Of Nations thread in the After Action Reports forum. Good to have you, Arditi[:)]

All right, the first round has just been completed. Any tips for beginners on random maps (like myself)?

tips:
Explore as fast as you can.
Build roads.
Look for a good unit mix, don´t waste PP´s for useless upgrades.
The first 10 rounds are imho the most important.

Upgrades should come quicker in this game. Much cheaper it appears.
