I just get error [size="-2"](Error Number: 30024901 - 0) when it tries to verify my payment information. Ive been able to order with cc before.[/size]

!!Ok I managed to buy the game through paypal (cost over 60€) and when I do the d/l it offers me HIRED GUNS instead of CROWN OF GLORY:EE. Somthing wrong??

I try to d/l the game through order status but I get this error:

Message 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file.

I do have cookies on (I never took them off). Browser is Firefox 3.0.6

I tried to d/l it through ie7 but I get the wrong game through that too? Oh well I give up. I guess Im not going to get to play this atleast today.

I began the download and it also says hired guns.

Same here. Bought COGEE digital&physical. Am now downloading hired guns instead of COGEE. What to do?

I would like to place an order.  Has the D/P DL problem been fixed yet?

Sounds like the webmaster screwed up and put in the wrong link.

Guys, don't be buying this until Matrix tells you it's fixed.

It should be fixed now. I'm checking in to see what needs to be done for those that ordered while the wrong file was linked, but given that everyone at DR has gone home by now I'll have the answer sometime in the AM EST tomorrow.

To all those who became Hired Guns against their will: I simply went back to Digital River to 'Redownload' COGEE: it is DL-ing right now, so I don't see any problems anymore.

One more thing: I always have trouble with some cookies-thing when trying to re-DL. I went to this site  FindMyOrder.com and you can get your DL from there as well.

I just went back to the store, looked up my order and re-downloaded. Seems to be working fine now.

Hello everyone,

Well, that was embarrassing. Digital River messed up the download link for the "Digital + Physical" version that went live last night on the EU side. Everything else was fine, except for that one link. The physical versions themselves are unaffected by the glitch.

Unfortunately, we didn't catch their mistake even though checking that is part of our normal process. As a result, as some of you saw, it was pointing to the wrong download file. We are contacting all affected customers this morning via e-mail but I also wanted to post some information here.

1. Your order is fine. If you simply re-download today (you can go to www.findmyorder.com with your order info to re-download) you'll get the right file.
2. Those ordering late last night (around 11PM US Eastern time) and after that should not be affected by this as the problem was fixed by then.
3. The physical versions themselves were unaffected by this. Once those ship they will have the right file, this was just a single incorrect download link.

We apologize for the confusion and the error on our side. We've taken further steps this morning to re-educate all involved staff here and at DR.

My plan is to buy CoG:EE when the printed manual is available (already have and love the original CoG).

Thanks for the heads up. I wanted to buy this but will wait for the digital + physical option to become available. I like to have both.

Am curious about this as well, my order status shows that the physical version is available and pending shipment and this after more than two weeks.  Downloaded version works great but I would really like the manual.
