Strange... I've always lost Hong Kong in my games against the AI...
I don't worry about the Dutch B-25s too much for a couple of reasons. One is that I don't upgrade any squadrons until I can get a supply TF into the area, so this prevents immediate upgrades and the second is that the Dutch pilot replacement rate is so low that your experienced pilots will be attrited fairly quickly if there is any aerial defense. That being said, the AI does not do well invading Java if you have enough bombers based there (anything like the historical mixture of the NEIAF, RAF from Malaya and USAAF from the PI).
