I spent better part of three months working on this scenario.

this looks like a great scenario to play. i am going to purchase this game because of this scenario.

Have updated this scenario a little. It turned out that production was pretty skewed towards the USSR/Government side as the Resistance Coalition pretty quickly gathered momentum.

I added 2* 25 000 production centers in Kabal. Since they run at 25% capacity that would mean 12,5K extra production for USSR/Government.

A small overview of the new production basics would show

USSR/GVT initial production to be
72,5K

Resistance Coalition initial production
50K

Resistance with 3 independent movements
65K

Resistance with 3 independend movements and Hezbollah
74K

And then there is the USSR/Gvt Treaty and Jihad adding a possible
10K for each side.

Finally after soviet policy change the USSR loose 10K. But i also made a small change so that soviet policy change will come after loosing 6 500 powerpoints, not 4 500.
