Good stuff.
The units at Brest were indeed heroic in reality -

You are doing the right thing with those counter-attacks. Single-stacked panzer divisions can be vulnerable. The real strength of the German army is in the infantry and artillery.

OK spending time moving units from railheads to moscow to try to rebuild up some units which are taking an assraping. capt kruft the tanks in the refit center at gorkiy are they supposed to stay there or can i transfer them out to the gorkiy railhead to then move out?

There are no tanks at the Gorkiy Refit Centre by default, just "Tank Parts".
If some tanks should find their way there though, they can just transfer out via Gorkiy Railhead.

Loses are high. I'm still trying to figure out how supply should work. I typically send all supply to the main hq and let it filter down. But this layout is so crazy it doesnt work that way

This is all that remains of the pocket we had last turn.

This unit has lost 90% of its troops but it held off 5 attacks 3 air attacks and 3 arty attacks. Romanian + german forces it is a shame i can't get them out. They are a tough bunch of mofos.

I'm trying to organize a defense of minsk. if the germans get 4 turns of movement bonuses minsk could fall next turn. If not she might hold out a few turns after that it all depends i suppose. I'm trying to get bridges blown at least to try to slow him down a tad.

We catch a romanian unit all alone and force it to retreat then pull the tanks behind the river again. I'd like to use those types of harrassing attacks until i'm ready to for a major counterattack.

Remember those soviets who survived 10+ attacks last turn in the face of sure defeat?? Well to help keep their morale up stavka ordered a bombing raid of the german units in the siege. We did little damage but the morale boost was the best part.

Actually ...
Regarding Gorkiy - Congratulations you have found a bug!
The Soviet player can create lots of late war tanks at the refit centre, which is obviously wrong. The action cards shouldn't even be available at this point in the war, and it doesn't check to see if there is a tank to refit either. It just does it.
I will take a look at the code and see if I can fix it, but in the meantime I would suggest that you forego using the refit centre. Similarly the German player can create stuff out of nothing at Breslau too, so I guess that might be best left alone as well.
Something told me the thing was too complicated ...

Soviet supply
The Soviet supply problem will automatically disappear sometime in August, when the front is nearer the supply sources and the army is a bit smaller. However, in the meantime, what you need to do is get supply to some or all of the following railheads:
Bryansk
Kharkov
Dnepropetovsk
Rostov
The following railheads may have excess supply:
Voronezh
Voroshilovgrad
Stalingrad
Maikop
Grozny
Yes it is a bit complicated
P.S. Get some trains to Kazan in order to move all the armour coming out of the Urals.
