Did you just e-mail me on this? If so, please see my reply. The codes worked fine in our testing and seem to be working for everyone else, so I'll need more info to figure out why it's not working for you.

Flawless excecution. Got my discount and downloaded the game and had it up and running in 15 minutes from the first reading on the forums.

Outstanding job matrix. Hopefully this will keep my attention until my real dream game in Russia comes out [:D]

Glad the game is out...I had WITP since when it first came out...but I am having problems....every time I enter my serial number of my old copy of WITP to obtain the discount code for AE-WITP I am being told it was used already. What? Yes I put in the "-" between each series of 4 numbers.

used my serial - got code but did not write down - only copy pasted - than i had to cancel my order before completing and do it once again
it says my serial is used ....
i checked my mail hoping it was sent there but email is empty [&:]

I assume you mean the discount code? If you didn't complete the order it shouldn't have been used. Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your discount code and your Order ID and I'll investigate.

Thanks for clearing up the pricing issue Erik. In the check out cart, I didn't see a $20 discount listed as line item. I didn't realize the pricing was dynamically changed from $89 to $69.
