Hi all,
I finally managed to buy WitP-AE with credit card - all is OK now (downloading as I write this)! [:)]
It was old "trick" I remembered... the "Other Country" was the solution when in DigitalRiver Matrix store... [:D]

My notification never arrived, but when I checked on the status of my order, it was good to go ... so downloading now! Hooray!

I had the same issue with CC:TLD last week but assumed it was because I was using a UK debit card. I had to use Paypal back then so I just did it this time too.
Same problem here. I was in Canada but tried to use my US Credit Card and received these errors. Frustrating though.

got confirmation from my bank that it was not contacted by DR //another foreign transaction is in process and card is ok // [:(]

I tried 5 or 6 times to pay with my credit card and failed every time, with various strange error-messages presented.
But then I tried PayPal and that worked.
So maybe go the PayPal route if you have trouble with credit card payment.

Eric did great job and after 48h of fight i'm downloading....
next week i will certainly close gap in experiance on our new job /witp:ae [:D]
p.s. i'm a bit surprised that my credit card failed when debit visa electron with secondary optioned internet payments managed to complete [&:]
