The well known Nafziger online doc with thousand of TOE, unfortunately some error into (i saw it was mentionned on a topic but i add it anyway)

A very high quality site with German KStN (unit TOE), a big work from Christoph Awender who translated them from German and sorted them

I know Niehorster is listed above but I wanted to point out this page on his site

I chanced upon one of the volumes of his German organizational series (3/II) when researching Barbarossa and have found it to be absolutely the best source I have for the units it covers (on 6/22/41).
Just ordered another to get all the Bautruppen right.

and while doable is difficult and time consuming and I'm going to put this bad boy task on the front burner just as

Mmm. I was looking for some good beginner material. But I've found some great, old Steve Sill videos now, on youtube. I don't think they're listed above.
