Charles just recently cut the French line of supply which may prove to be troublesome for the Corsican Usurper.

Spain and Turkey DOW France and France is now at war with GB, Russia, Spain, and Turkey. Meanwhile Prussia is at war with Russia and allied to France. These new DOWs caused the French to break off their attack on Russia to deal with the new threat at home. Russian troops have taken back most of their homeland.
