I have all the turns except Austria at this point.
For everyone's information, beginning Thursday morning I will be traveling (vacation), returning late Sunday night. I will not have internet access until sometime Friday at the earliest, and maybe not even then. Anyway, I will try to turn things as quickly as I can, but can't make any promises.

Just a reminder to all players: Diplomacy should never be a reason to delay a turn! Vacations are another thing, but diplomacy should be done on an on going basis, if done at all!

The Russian development problem appears to be corrected so looks like Russia is good to go. Will be posting turn within 12 hours (back to work after my vacation [:(])
