January 9, 1940 : (Those who ae following some of my posts in the Tech and Mods forums know I was having troubles with the map, and with Italian units being powerless. These seem better now.) The germans continue to run over France and Denmark. Italy ges back to Benghazi, but will they resist the British and French?

February 1, 1940 : The successful Axis diplomats rejoice in France's decision to join the war against the British. The Frence posture is that they are in anti-comintern mode but the resentment against what is perceived as a luke warm committment to the defence of France played a large part.
