You sure can e-mail the updated program killer shrew. I tried it out a bit last night with a couple other files and when I picked out the pro league it just hung there. Didn't do anything. I'm going to try something later on and see how that goes.

And I'm damn glad you didn't disappear off the face of the earth Mykal. [:D] I do consider you part of the glue that keeps this community along with others (though there are too many to mention).

did it get hung up or did it just stop? did you press the get rookies button?

I didn't press get the rookies button [>:] just did it and it worked. What I did was use an old NCAA file I started and then one of the game-made leagues and so far it worked for me. Not all those teams had updated rosters but it recognized the ones that were.
The tricky thing that could come along later is the underclassmen who declare early. I guess the common sense fix for that is to change the years pro to 4.
But upon first try it is impressive and as long as the data's updated I don't see anything stopping this from getting done. Keep it up, man.

i was thinking about that the other day... if i get to fixing the overallrating influence in retirement i will be able to make college players with really high overall ratings decide to go early to the draft...
