The following was posted in a stickey at PI;

"Arsenal of Democracy is fully compatible with 1.3 and Arma Mods.

Due to the fact that we only added a whole lot features in the source code and were not removing anything or changing the structure how the code is build up (e.g. save game parsing) , there should be a full compatibility."


Now, that is interesting. Arma 1.3 was the peak development of the game in many areas-especially in the availability of mods. This looks like it will be a winner-perhaps a smash hit.

...stand alone game and for $19 seems like a bargain to me.I still truly enjoy HOI2 after 3 years.i also think PI would have been better off promoting AoD than rushing HOI3 and releasing it when not ready.
