I don't remember the exact message. I closed out of the message almost as soon as it popped up. It was something like the usual "Your computer may contain viruses" and then it asked me if I wanted to scan the computer. I clicked "Cancel" but it proceeded to do a mock scan anyway. It happened about the time I started to DL the pack. I know sometimes legitimate websites get adware that on them that attacks your computer. I was having the same problem with CivFanatics website for a while. It's a perfectly legit website but one of its advertisers loaded scareware, probably without anyone realizing it.

Here's a pop up which was behind some of my other screens. Definitely a scareware attack. Whether or not it was caused by this website may be a little hard to determine unless someone else gets the same message. [:(]
May I suggest chopping your file in half so that you can upload it here on the Matrix forums? It is probably the best ship graphic set I've seen so far.

I'll give it a try. If anyone else gets that message I'll also remove the link, but I repeatedly refreshed the download link, and clicked the download several times without getting a message.

Just one gripe, those shadows don't look right... I mean there is no actual shadowing in game so it seems out of place.
Shadows in SPACE never look right, anyway. The reason being that space is alternatively really bright, and really dark, with little in between. When it is really bright, without any atmosphere to diffuse the light, you get really harsh shadows because the light only comes from select directions: Either the headlights on your spacesuit, or nearest bright objects. When it is really dark, you can't see a thing. So what you'd see if shadowing in SPACE is really bright hilights and really dark darkness. There's no diffuse lighting like on Earth.

I downloaded it & wheres all the star trek ships?
I see the audio & effects but in the units folder i dont see anything star trek related?

But for some reason, the race is still called Human and the race details are not correct but I have the UFP flag.

I decided to let the race name be humans as U.F.P. didnt really work out in game.
The new empire is called the U.F.P.'s
We formally request that you declare war on the U.F.P.'s
Just doesnt sound right, and changing the race details is something im looking to change, but i dont have anything yet to edit the .mhtml files.
Changed file host to Rapidshare.

Looks awesome, really does. Regarding UFP, why not just "The Federation" then? Hmm, not sure if that is any better or not.

You dont want to change the race name, because there can be several human races in the game at once, all possessing different govts and such.

Very cool.
But the Nebula isn't really a troop transport.
How hard would it be to use the different pictures for different ships? (Forgive me if that's an idiotic question, but I'm not that familiar with the ship designer yet and I know a lot of things reset when you upgrade a design.)
