I don't get it.
a) what does IC acronym stand for?
b) A Chinese corps starts the war undivided. I divided the corps into A/B/C divisions. C division is destroyed in combat. Afterwards, A and B cannot recombine without C (this I tested manually in the game) to form the corps again. How do I recombine A and B into the corps? Does either A or B have to be destroyed in combat, so the last remaining division somehow becomes the parent and can grow its TOE to full corps TOE by taking replacements?

Not sure. Intergrated Circuit? International Company? Internet Configuration? Informed Consent? Iowa City?
In all my previous wargames it always stood for Ironclad.

b) you need another fragment destroyed/disbanded and reform from the last one

1. British military abbreviation for 'In Command'.
2. Sorry they do. I have just tested it again on two separate units in game scen #1 v26b. One had the A the othe C destroyed. To rebuild make sure they are in the same hex and have the same op mode and HQ. Forgot, they need the same devices as well. If one element has had something upgraded they won't combine until the other has.
