ditto, 2.0 would not install over 3.5.
is ffdshow a problem? when I click on play, I'm jumped back to desktop, and have to go back to SOP from the task bar.
Also, how do I scroll or zoom the map in the editor.
I opened the Australia, scenario to mod some terrain, (eg:Darwin, on a swamp hex, should be plain.), but the arrow keys did not work.
Also had a CTD while pressing buttons, trying to resolve it.

An issue here might be (well we are still looking for a certain solution)  that .NET3.5 doesn`t have full backward compatibility with .NET2 . What could help is to remove .NET3.5, install .NET2 and later  once again install NET3.5.  As the editor runs fine at all ours PCs we need a volunteer to test this procedure.

I check under Control Panel and I already have Microsoff .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 installed along with 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 and 1.1. So that does not seem to be the problem from my end. Thanks

...how do I scroll or zoom the map in the editor.

Scrolling = Ctrl+Drag mouse

Zoom = middle mouse button + drag or scroll wheel

I have the same entries as cbelva

It would be nice if the tabs indicated their function, but they do work.
I used DTrader's post to create a JPEG to refer to when working with the editor.

Good news - I have upgraded the editor and now I have tabs with text.

Check it out:
