Someone said jungle warfare was more primal than urban combat as towns and cities were subconscious reminders of civilized behavior. Of course, that didn't stop Nazi atrocities.
BTW, I'm watching The Pac as I type.

I was disappointed also. Can't put my finger on it....the nature of the war? The acting? I did not see all the episode.....so maybe I will take another crack at it some time.
I can still pick up any BoB episode and enjoy it.
It is not even a criticism of the series Maybe it acurately portrayed the war.
But for anyone on this forum....people who take an interest in, say, depth charges and air engine production....to find it boring, and I did, is......peculiar.
