I cannot find the 1,03 patch where you said nor anywhere else. I just downloaded the game today. I cannot register the game either as it does not appear anywhere.

Never mind I found it after registering directly from the game.

I am trying to find the public beta, but with no success. I have bought and registered the game 2 days ago. There are no member downloads available for this game...

Hi Sherban,

After you've registered your copy, if you click on "My Games" in the Members Club and then click on the "Registered" link next to DC WTP, you should see the beta update.

Thank you for the prompt answer, Erik, but I still do not see it. Clicking on the Registered link takes my to a large list of patches, and I see the public beta listed here. However, only two links are there: one for the game itself (it takes me to the product page), and the Register link, which takes me to the registration page (which states that I have already registered the game).

Hm, that's odd, it is working for me using those instructions. I wonder if there's some kind of subtle bug at work here with the move to our new site.

We'll look into this on Monday in more detail. I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Hello again,
It seems today is an unlucky day for me. I had quite a few problems trying to post this message. The security image was not visible, so I could not log in. I finally did some wizardry and managed to open the image in an editor , so I succeeded in logging in. There is something funny with the new website. I can see there is even a newer patch now, 1.04 beta, but I still can't find any links to it. Some site pages seem to be aware that I have registered the game, other are not. The problem is that when I try to register (again) from one of these ones, the registration screen states that I have registered. So I'm turning in circles, with no patch. Erik, can you help me please?

What browser are you using? Do you have any add-ons or script blockers installed?

I tried with both IE 8.0 and Firefox, with and without Ad-Block. I don't have any other script blockers, as far as I know. I am not experiencing similar difficulties anywhere else. I am posting from work, so maybe out IT department has some interdictions I don't know about. Anyway, the invisible security image is one problem. The link for the patches is definitely missing from both work and home browsers.

It sounds like work is blocking something as both those browsers can normally see everything just fine. The question of why the download is not showing up is a separate one though. I just tested it and it works here, but I can't rule out a new bug related to the site move. Can you give this another try at home and let us know if it works any better there?

I tried this morning before leaving to work. Take Crown to Glory, another game I have registered. If I navigate to Member Downloads I get a list of games and a Download link (Decisive Campaigns is NOT in the list). I can also get the Download link from Registered Downloads as well, or from My Games screen. So everything seems to work all right for this game, but not for Decisive Campaigns. I fail to see Distant Wolds as well, although my understanding is that there are no beta patches for this one. Could it be my account maybe? In 2008 I moved to Canada, so maybe there is some old cross-referencing to US that screws things up.

Regarding the rest of what you describe, have you confirmed 100% that you registered your copy of Decisive Campaigns?

The same problems concerning the downloading link. All three games (Crown of Glory, Distant Worlds and Decisive Campaigns) are registered and show up under My Games. I can also check the serial numbers and such. However, private downloads are available only for the first one. I mentioned my move to Canada because the Crown of Glory was purchased during my living in Texas, while the other two were purchased here in Canada. I remember having some difficulties in changing my registered e-mail at that particular moment and trying to consolidate my accounts.

I have purchased other games in the past which I don't have access to anylonger (fortunately I still have the game files: Battles in Normandy, HttR, Uncommon Valor, Advanced Tactics, Conquest of the Aegean, War in the Pacific). In fact, if the account is the cause of my grief, is it possible to consolidate my title list? If you send me the proper e-mail address, I can send my old serial numbers and information.

No w there is a Public Beta 1.4 , so where is the official 1.3 ? 

I can't believe that Matrix hasn't reposted the 1.03 patch so we can at least continue with games until 1.04 is fixed.

We will have a new 1.04 Beta posted tomorrow. We're also working to fix the issue where some customers can't access the registered downloads.
