September 7th: We make little progress at the 3A Narev and Wkra fronts.

September 7th: 4A - trying to cut off POZ and POM.

September 7th: The Polish are serious about Poznan and it requires heavy fighting to make small gains toward Lodz.

September 7th: Should we form a Krakau pocket or is this just a distraction from our main goals?

September 7th: As usual for completeness the 14A sector in the south.

September 9th: After an arduous march, the Koenigsberg Div. can soon join the fight for Grodno.

September 9th: The Polish fall back slowly and in controlled fashion in the Modlin area. The German HQ doubts whether we can make a decisive breakthrough towards Warsaw in this sector.

September 9th: The situation in the west - 4A sector. The pocket near Graudenz has been cleared. Thorn is still holding out.

September 9th: The drive towards Lodz

September 9th: The Krakau area. We commit many troops here and hope we don't regret later to not have deployed them in the critical Lodz-Warsaw axis.

For completeness: we have gained 2 more VPs at Piotrkow and Czechowka this turn (not shown below).

September 9th: The 14A sector in the south: The Slovakians are still stuck.

September 11th: The POM and POZ sectors. Thorn falls.

September 11th: Kempf and the northern approach to Warsaw (in my estimate we won't get much further here because of bad terrain)

September 11th: The fight for Grodno and the escape/evacuation route to the Baltic.

September 11th: German units fight their way into the Lodz city center.

September 11th: The Germans work on the larger pockets in the Krakau area while some forward units try to bypass remaining Polish defenders in this area to move in the general direction of Lublin.

September 11th: We are still not able to move east in the 14A sector.

September 13th: The half-way point of the campaign. Of course the German forces look overwhelmingly strong. But this is highly deceiving since the risk is not that the Polish forces suddenly turn the German army to pulp and capture Berlin. Instead the time for Germany will run out soon and many targets, especially Warsaw, are still far out of reach.
