I still can't get to the download page to get the updated HttR install download..I've registered my seriel number ...but when I go to download it wants me to rebuy the game thru paypal or credit card..and go though the checkout again..when I go thru the members option it gives me just a few downloads to change graphics..I've purchased and am having no issues with both Bulge and Aegean..but can't play HttR.

Still no resolution on this, no download link to the working installer for HTTR! I've been checking my mail regularly, and scouring the spam/junk folder just in case, but I've seen nothing.

Is the problem getting a link from Plimus?

Was the link supposed to come from plimus because I had received an email from them a few days ago but it was an HTTR order information reminder?

Based on my purchases recently, the mail with the download link should come from storesales@matrixgames.com

But the download link itself will be in the form of:

http://www.plimus.com/jsp/dlapp.jsp?ref ... XXXXXXXXXX

Where the X's represent a product or user code reference.

Thanks Dave, I'm sorry to keep harping on about it. Its only because I'm keen to play the game. I have nothing but praise to say about all of Panthergames titles.

Apologies from us on the delays here. It seems this slipped through the cracks over the holidays. We all thought it had been handled after we fixed the file and confirmed the contact list of affected customers, but somehow it was not handled. I just spoke with the store again today and have been assured that all affected customers will get new download links today and that any bad physical copies will be replaced ASAP. I haven't received one Erik.

I haven't received one either..I did receive an email from Plimus for the shipment of Tin Soldiers, that I ordered yesterday..so I know they're not totally incompetent..

I got the download link. But when I clicked on it I was redirected to this:

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

Please help! I keep on clicking on it but the same thing happens.

... and I only received the link under an hour ago.

Once the link was reset, I was able to download the new installer and now I have the game installed and I can play!!
