i dont know lieutenant general Agent S, i got part of the idea form PTO II which was a big disappointment in gameplay but had an awesome political system that used cards, everything in the game from production to foreign and domestic policy would be set through political battles that were alot like this aar.
Secretary of Army's plan 20 (12.5%) 1-20
Secretary of Navy's plan 20 (12.5%) 21-40
Calvary Corps plan 120 (75%) 41-160
Minister of Foreign Affair's plan 0 (0%)
(Agent S added)
(krupp added)
we also received a communique from the German high command today, it read, "i hope you have a nice gift for me, a surrender flag perhaps?"

Lt. General vonRocko enters the war room

and smells defeatism in the air!

His staff had spent the evening preparing a plan too present to the ministers. But after backing the unpopular Navy Ministers' plan, he realizes that he no longer has enough influence in Warsaw. He summons his driver, "I will go to the front, and see the situation for myself"! He considers bringing his horse and join the cavalry charge, but settles for a box of cigars. He hopes to see Warsaw again.
Gone to the front!
50+100=150 (out till turn 7)

the cavalry corps generals rose up and one hugged his comrades and told them they're all his very best friends and that should they all fall in combat, he'll consider it the best end. With a tear in his eye he spoke, "Coming from a profession I have served so long, and a people I have loved so well, it fills me with an emotion I cannot express."
With that the cavalry corps generals left the table to be personally with their respective units leading the charge risking their very lives for country.
there was a somber mood in the staff room... would they return?

wounded men start arriving in warsaw, some from both sides, rumor around town is a great battle is being waged and mass slaughter is taking place, in the distance the feint rumble of many guns is heard seemingly unceasing.

Jomni supports the cavalry advance. We have the initiative. Though it is risky and potentially costly it is delaying the enemy.
215 - 20 = 195

the generals confer and agree to follow the advice of those at the front lines, they decide to send the necessary logistical support and supplies the cavalry corps needs to continue its offensive, even as the hospitals in Warsaw are so overfilled soldiers are being put in houses, stores and hotels inside the city, every available car and horse drawn carriage was commandeered from the city to transport supplies to the front, tractors are dismantled to repair tanks, fuel reserves are being drained from commercial stores and factories, and fresh men and replacements were hurriedly pressed into service, no time for training the boys, they were handed their rifles sat on a horse and paired up with one of the returning wounded or reservists to keep them in order on their way back to the front.
We better win a victory here or the royal navy better show up we don't have men or equipment left to tend the farms.
reserves and supplies are running low, we are scraping the bottom of the barrel now, unless we can recapture some lost territory this may be the last time we are able to recruit new units for the front.

i think the format i had was a cool fun idea, but it also took alot of work to do each turn with voting ect, if i had to redo it i think i might set it so policy decisions were only made every 2,3 or 4 turns, to stream line things
