Oops, double post.

Derhexer what exactly do you print out, the landforces and how do you print it?
I really dont have an idea how and what you print?

I use Microsft Access that is set up by objective. I put in the task forces that are tasked to the objective (I don't try to keep track of individual ships), the air units, the land units and the bases I operating from.

I can pull reports in a variety of views.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. A really big pet peeve of mine is that people use Microsoft Excel as a data base. It is a spread sheet and a very good one at that.

I use filemaker pro myself. It is teaching me a lot about data bases and how to set them up. I am still very much a short term plan type and against the AI it is ok.

About the "microsoft". How do i remove from g to z. Becausse of printing or cant this be done?[&:]

you can print in "Landscape" mode to get all the columns on one page (in your printer's options set up), but will get restricted on the rows. Also, the bigger the font used will determine how many rows per page.

You can remove any column or row by clicking on the corresponding letter or number then click delete or right click for a menu and click the delete. That will delete the whole column or row. Don't forget to save after your satisfied with how it looks.

This is very easy to do. Ok that works mate but when i've removed it the printer doesnt print the empty collumm? I think not but maybe i'm wrong.[&o]

it will shrink the number by the amount you delete.

Several people requested a copy of my Access database of objectives. I just finished recovering my hard drive after a partial crash. The Access DB was one of the files lost.[:(] Thank you to those who asked for a copy
