No problem here, bought from UK on Firefox using PayPal, no issues.

Is the discount for the download version only, or does the same discount apply to the physical version?

All our prices are based on the download version, so the discount is applied to the download version and then the physical version is always $10 more than the download price. That means the physical price is still discounted, but because of the way it is calculated, it's not the same percentage as the download price.

Purchased via paypal using Chrome on OS X. Purchase completed no problem. Download was speedy and complete.

I just fixed my IE8 issue where I was being kicked out while placing a download order by disabling 'Identity Safe' secure log-in from Nortons Internet Security. With that off it all went through OK. The expansion looks just great!

Another one here.
No problem buying and downloading using Chrome.

I bought it using chrome. I have a pretty picky browser setup as default (no cookies, plug-ins, javascript). The order went through fine after the usual dance of allowing stuff like javascript, and despite having to reload (and lose) the final confirmation page, download link in mail was working just fine.

On my brand new installed windows 7 (64 bit) launching by the quickstart failed, however, but updater was OK.

Windows 7 Didn't like the download pop-up for me, but by clicking the link in the email it downloaded no problem.

Other problems might be indicative of too many people buying the game at once? This surely must be one of Matrix's best-selling days ever.

@ Erik: I bought the ROTS download on its release with Indentity Safe on in pretty much the same order and payment way with no problems. It is just this time with Legends that the order site seems more fussy. Perhaps there is a field in the order form that the auto-sign-in feature of Norton is trying to fill with my forum log-on that is causing the issue this time. Still, all is well with myself now.

Purchased and downloaded with no problems.  So much for the new PCO campaign I started the other day.

Downloaded and playing...just took a break Awesome and loads of fun....now to figure out these leaders... I have 4 already. I got a yucky starting spot....no colonizable worlds yet....and my neighbors all hate my "alien ways"

I used Chrome as well. No problems in store...

Ordering working fine here using Opera, downloading now. At least I'll have some fun before failing my math exam next week.

Gonna get it when I'm done sleeping for this night and then back from work. Should be ETA 17hrs

Can't download. Purchased about 4 hours ago, tried to download and the download link didn't work. Tried again and then again and nothing. Let the last attempt set for 3 hours after clicking Save and zip. Now Plimus says that I have no downloads, very nice. Sent them an email as well as Matrix and with the holidays I should get a response in a week. Any Matrix guy around who can help me out?

If the purchase completed while you were logged into our site, you can also request a new link yourself through our Members Club. Any game purchased through our new store and registered in our Members Club gives you the ability to use our new automated system to get a download link as well, whether our support folks are awake or not.
