Not to mention it could prove to be a +98% energy research site, and it that case it may be better on the long term to build an awesome research station rather than to colonize it. Maybe it is a shoddy 72% quality which will never give much revenue. But in the research station case, we should maybe look for some other rock to settle on very near, even if crap, to make sure it is inside our SOI and not easily lost.

I would agreed as well, or research ship. If they suceed, would bring in alot of good resrouces and perhap new resources that we never discover before. Any they will face some new lifeforms and im sure some of them can be hostile to us, the question is what kinda of lifeforms, humanoids perhap?
