RtM I-V posted above (v4.) are the most recent versions. The most recent updates to VI-VII are pending updates, and I will post those when complete. I have completed the update of VIII "What if?", and I have done several human vs Soviet PO playtests. (see thread in AAR). Perhaps my favorite. I will post it after a few more tweaks.
