This was my 1st Matrix game. I love the subject , but this game needs tweaking , and I'm afraid that there just isn't the intrest. Speaking of which, anybody care for a go? [:D]

Sure! Think about what scenario, side and H/R's (if any) that you would like. And please give me a day or so to re-install the game and patch it. I think a short, fun game might be just the thing. And give you someone else to "beat on" when you are not hammering Mike! [:D]

We just had a similar "punch-up" in our Guad scenario. We each lost CV's, but I lost some and he lost all. (If not an actual kill , then so badly damaged that he won't get it back in THIS game! [:D]

Somebody please update Fighting Steel.  I had a killer strategy for the Battle of the Denmark Straits.
I assume that this project you know Naval Warfare Simulations: Fighting Steel Project, but if not, you can try a modified version of the Fighting Steel with a number of new features and scenarios.
