During Vietnam a Skyraider dropped a toilet on North Vietnam. They had a frame built so it could be attached to a shackle. Hasegawa did a special release kit with the commode bomb. The pilot said that plane bucked all over the place because the toilet was not aerodynamic.

Only a few pictures of it exist because the captain ordered all pictures destroyed when he learned about it.
