Episode 7 The Bazaar We do some awaited technological breakthroughs and also suffer some severe setbacks in this episode.

Ok, I missed a day somehow - now have 2 episodes to watch later... [8D]

I missed a few of the usual LP's I watch yesterday too, because I was busy. Luckily it's sunday so I can sit here and catch up.

What serious setbacks? You got the Bazaar and ejected encroaching pirates. The warning that research had been misdirected or that a mining station inder construction had run out of resources of which you have sources does not look to me like a serious setback.[&:]

Episode 8 Military Matters The Dintaal Consciousness declares war, but they face a human federation in top-condition; economically, militarily and diplomatically.

Episode 9 Defensive Warfare We do reconnaissance on enemy territory and take a look at his hardware, and then, when he shows up in our home system, we fight our first major battle.

Episode 10 Spies and Pirates Our Dintaal enemies hit us with a spy campaign, and we retaliate. We also face a growing pirate insurgency.

Episode 11 The Battle of Dagubah We send our main fleet into enemy territory and at Dagubah we meet a major enemy fleet in for refuelling and an intense battle follows.

Nothing like catching an entire fleet with it's pants down (out of fuel!) Surprised they're not suing for peace now?

By chance, do they have "spend most time at war" victory condition? Might explain their propensity to enjoy war!

Yeah, Galen. Those people are really out looking for war. They fight on although I humiliate them time after time again. And their warmongering gets even worse in this next episode:

Episode 12 Campaign at Dintaal We send our main fleet into the enemy's very home system and face off against a great amount of hostile ships.

Episode 13 The B'Cnus Colony We found our first colony and prepare to protect it against pirate raids. We also continue our war against the Dintaal.
