FiFi is from here. Midland, Tx is here home field. So we get to see her fly around a lot.
It's tough being that close to her all the time.

Would have been cool to get a B-17, B-29, and B-36 next to each other like that. Did a google search and found this:

I used to fly from Opalocka and for some reason often saw a B-17 and a B-24 of the CAF (It was called the Confederate Air Force then)flying from there. There was also a DC-3.
Nothing sounds like those old radials.

My father's job was to keep these instruments working while on Tinian.
He had many good stories about the war; I wish I could remember them all.

Actually, she was enjoying about as much as I. I just think she was getting tired of posing in front of them. She loves planes and the WWII ones fascinate her.

Yes, you can see, even the B-29 engine is laughing!
Reminds me of old cartoons, like Mr. Railroad engine or Mr. Tugboat.
