Japanese women seem to have cute/sexy down well. Much easier to do when a small size!

And I still wonder why they &&^%&^* called it "Setting Sail!"

How about the real call! "Under way!" or " Now, station the special sea and anchor detail!"

Bloody have to try to figure out how to get oil halfway around the world with a bunch of slow torpedo magnets and they're talking about "Setting Sail!"

Okay... craziest looking destroyer I ever saw. Must have been on steroids [:D]

I know, it's a depiction made by Tokyo Rose where they really sank one carrier, three battleships and numerous other cruisers and destroyers.

To show the men what they were fighting for although the middle one may have actually been a ferry pilot.

But what is the plane. Based on the curves (plane folks) I would guess B-26 but that black vertical thing in the background, if a tail, eliminates the B-26. A number of years ago someone posted a link to a bunch of pin-ups. It was very entertaining. It was the first time I had ever heard of Jinx Falkenberg. My kind of young woman. And not just a pretty face.

Yeah. She was an actual WW2 warplane ferry pilot.

She certainly looks like the MaryAnne of the group.....

My other load screen follows a similar theme. Before staring a map for hours on end you need a little eye candy.
