This allowed me to paint a target via pulse(tracking) radar/get iff if available from pulse return/from emmisions of target know pretty well what type of target being tracked by frequency of emmisions.
This sounds a lot like the proto-NCTR used by SA-5B (http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3149203/Re_S_75M3_Volhov_qualification.html#Post3149203)
Maybe we should model discrete NCTR tech generations [:)]
