Don't know if this applies but if your using your forum login the members section is a differnet log in. You have to have 2 accounts.

Hey Guys

Could you help with PBEM log in

I am trying to set up an account and its requesting I must create a Matrix Members Club account before I can use the serial number

any ideas how to do this? (i already have a Matrix account set up)

Like Capn Darwin said, you'll need to create an account in Slitherine for playing in the PBEM++ server.
Follow the steps in my mini tutorial and you'll be OK.

EDIT: I've noticed that you've already an account created with the username JesterEFC in Slitherine. Perhaps you're not using the same password as your Matrix forum account.

Just checked deffinatly haven't got a slitherine account??

If you click the "Register" link on the desktop shortcut game menu, it will also take you to the right page on Slitherine to either register and/or check your account info, if you can't login/register from within the game.

Sorry for our goof! The Radio message does in fact state the Matrix Members Club. We missed one when we fixed our misunderstanding in-house. It will be fixed in the first patch/update. I'm fixing it right now in fact.

This is what it should and will say when patched:
