Does the warfaresims pack include the stuff on the matrix site?

As far as I know, the warfaresims package includes all of the DB3000 images previously posted on the Matrix site, plus additional photos that have not previously been released. If I've missed anyone's posted files, let me know, and I'll include them in the next update. Also, if anyone want's to assist with either photos or writing system descriptions, PM me.

None of the Soviet images appear in my game. What am I doing wrong? I've downloaded the file. I've extracted all the images and placed them in the Command/DB/Images/DB3000 folder but they don't appear. I can see the older US ones that I installed when I first got the game, but none of the new images show up.

Hmm-That's strange. Is it only the Soviet ships you aren't seeing, or is it any of the units in the DB3000 package? There are Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, and most European nations in the recent package. Are any of them showing up?

Can you post a screenshot of your Command/DB/Images/DB3000 folder? Include in the image the path, as in the example below:

I attempted to change my game symbols and now have no symbols at all. Could someone please help.

I'm at work now so I can't post the photo but will do so later. I don't believe any of the new images are showing up for any if the nations. I focused on the Soviet platforms as they're the ones I'm most familiar with. I can see the photos in the DB3000 folder but when I go in-game and check the database, no image appears in the platform entry. I made sure to check every variant (I actually checked every single aircraft entry for the USSR but not a single image appeared) but I don't see any images.

I have the same problem as bogaty...instead of a drawing I can only see an X.

Sorry. I tried to post an image of my DB3000 folder but I was informed by the forum software that I am forbidden from posting links until 7 days after my 10th post.

Anyway, I'm using build 460 and the Nov 16 update of the DB3000 images. Could it be something to do with my directory? I've installed the game onto my secondary drive as a sub-folder in my "Games" folder.

I notice Alex also uses a secondary directory, "Jane Combat Simulations". Another possibility would have to do with the permissions set on the folder. If the game for some reason didn't have read rights to the directory, this would likely be the symptom.

I have a folder with a few ADF specific images I am adding to my command install, is that the sort of thing that would be of use to anyone? just done the images for Exercise Pitch Black (which is interestingly titled operasi seroja dua), including a few pics of the JORN station at laverton.

If you PM them to me, I'll make sure they are included in the next update.
