Thought I'd fixed it, but its BAAAAAAACK!

I tried it (the performance index fix) and apparently it works.
The curious thing is that it already was on "let windows choose" but reapplying seem to have triggered some process and it worked immediately.
I will see if the bug returns and keep you posted.

Chet, can you check and see if Windows "reset" your setting for you and let us know.
