Iain McNeil is ready to be assigned and fill all 8 research slots.

Time to build two more structure, "Mission Control" where I can recruit the Flight Controllers and "Vehicle Assembly Building" for launching the missions.

I just ended longewst session today, as mercury dont work yet I pushed probe research to Mars landing and had tons of money and prestigue. But it was in -77 so I decided to wait for mercury.
For those who think you need a new rocket for each type of mission, dont worry, I used Atlas and other rockets with/without booster several times. Making rockets ready or almost ready when program is bought.

R-7 Booster: 75%
Sputnik: 64%

We are very close to the Maximum R&D Reliability, behind this value the theory is not more helpful.

I hired three Flight Controllers for the first mission.

This is true, i think no random events of all. In BARIS was weather effects, astronauts accidents, corruption, politics, etc..

We have a problem with the budget (-$163) but until the next review I think there are enough money.

For the next step we need an Astronaut and one more Controller, therefore I started the Astronaut Center construction.

X-15: 65%
Saturn I Booster: 27%
Pegasus Satellite: 68%
