Hi there,

you got it totally right - it is about separation ( and more ) ... - thanks again for the advice.

To clarify and make " a point " - at least one of importance to me:

WIF is a beautifully designed game - appealing not only to the mind, but to the eye ( I could add soul, but let´s not get carried away ...).

As far as analog WIF goes, big money ( I started as an undergrad - dirt poor... ) was spent on the game ( classic, deluxe, pif, aif, cif... ), boxes, glue..., and was WELL INVESTED.

Looking now at the computer release it´s about beauty and math.

From all I see a lot of dedication went into recreation - that I want to see ( 30 inch ... ), play, enjoy....

The math: At the worst - 100 hours of brousing + 10 games 39 - 45 ads up to 1500 - 2000+ hours. With about 1000 + Euro for hardware ( not little of the fun lies in the EYE of the beholder ) + game Euro 130, I would imagine myself enjoying a AAA+ past time at something between 50 and 80 cent/ hour.

That be worst case..., I might be at single digits in no time.

Best regards

You can play the game on a wide screen lap top quite good. I've been testing the game on such a machine for a long time. So you don't need to spend so much money at all. I will crush anyone here (well, try to crush them), using this simple machine...

But my load times during netplay with you are so much nicer!

If there is budget: go for it! Good for the economy as well!

Now AxelNL, this year I've bought a car, bought an new washing machine, went to the Oktoberfest, went on seperate holidays in Germany and Austria, spend a whole lot of money on funfairs (my other hobby)... Last year we bought a brand new kitchen. I think I did enough for the economy. Also known as: the bottom of the treasury is in sight at this moment... [:D] As it should be in times of low interest and economic demise. Spend, they say... So I spend and am getting a lot of very nice offers also, because I go against the economic tyde...
If the economy is booming: stay low, because everything is to expensive. If it isn't: start spending money, since you are getting the best deals possible...
