Just downloaded the Zip, but when I tried to extract the files, it asked for a password.

Couldn't find it in the Members Area (it's been on refresh for a "few" days) but FTP works downloading now...
...that's my evening sorted [:D]

Yes - haven't had much luck recovering the installation...
....looks like my evening's sorted doing a complete re-install

The installer showed the serial and all went ok after clicking 'continue' ...

I've gone back to 4.6.269 for the moment (I overwrote 4.6.270 due to some instances of excessively courageous HQ and support units leading from the front).

Ditto for me also.....after applying ftp update 4.6.271 "invalid serial number". Help Desk describes procedure for re-installing, etc, etc, but is that really the only way now?
