I'd suggest you guys adopt Dropbox for exchanging turns. Me and my gaming buddies have been using Dropbox the last couple of years and is so much nicer than email. While not necessary, we still send an email just to advise a player their turn is ready for play.

If the problem cannot be solved I will learn how to use the Dropbox.

Dropbox is a cloud storage service, much like Box, Google Drive and Microsoft One Drive. All players have it installed on their computer. When a save game file is placed there it automatically replicates to the other players. I have Dropbox installed on my smartphone, tablet and desktop computer. The person starting up a multiplayer game creates a Dropfox folder for that particular game and using the Dropbox invite feature, invites other players to share the folder.
