Could not connect either. The in game match-making forum does not load as well. The Matrix forums here also load incredibly slow for some reason.

For those who still cannot connect to each other, I get a response from Support Center:

Upon arriving in this morning, I have found that there is an error on the Server, and we are looking into this. It seems to be intermittant, and unrelated to server load, but just to let you know we are aware of this and intend to get this fixed as soon as possible.

I was able to connect with sinosoldat just now, but unfortunately I got a message that I lost connection with him after about 10 minutes into the battle. I know it's possible the loss of connection may have had nothing to do with bugs in the game/server, this is the first time I had what appears to be a non-deliberate loss of connection in the middle of a battle.

Any update on this?

The servers are up and running and have a new monitoring system in place. I have started another thread in the main forum to ask for information on multi-player issues so we can investigate further, but there has been very little response so far.
