Well, JiminyJickers already said that the Maximum Pre-rendered Frame setting does not fix the problem. I hope Pip has a different solution.

Maximum prerendered frames should fix the issue, unless the driver is ignoring it (which is possible).
One thing to try, though it is a long shot, it adding the line:
FORCEMINIMAP 1
to the user.txt file (in My Documents/My Games/PIKEANDSHOT. It forces the game to update the minimap each tick, which might prevent the frame buffering.
Cheers

Unfortunately that doesn't do anything for me. But like I said, mine is running fine in Borderless Windowed mode. I was testing for other people's sake.

Are you guys running with vsync forced on or off?
In terms of the windowed mode, setting resolution to the size of the desktop will result in something functionally identical to fullscreen.

If there is a vsync option in the game, then I have it on. I always turn that on on all games.
For me, setting windowed mode to anything less than my desktop resolution, makes the game in a window stuck to the upper left of my screen. There is no border around the window to move the game window to where I want it on my desktop, like a normal windowed mode game. Are there plans to fix this, or is this just how it is?

There are no plans to change the windowed mode to a 'normal' draggable window, no.
wrt vsync, I was talking about forcing it on/off in the gfx card control panel.

Set windowed mode to your desktop resolution.

Ok, thank you. Too bad about the windowed mode not being draggable. That seems like an incomplete feature.
I'm not sure what 'wrt' means, but I do not have vsync forced on in my graphic card control panel. I will just try setting windowed mode at my desktop resolution. That should clear it up.
