For a correct build-up of a Dutch datafile for the map I have some marines located somewhere on the map (Doorn and Rotterdam).

Can this done within the same datafile.

Harry, not sure I understand the question

Are you creating a user data file detailing Dutch marines? - if so yes 1 data file can be used on multiple maps

I think he's asking if units can be added to a map file. In that case, no. You could make a template scenario file and place units, but once a new force is selected that group may get removed.

This was not the question.

The idea is to put the land forces (following this OOB) within the datafile, but the marines are describe with a different OOB.

And the question now is, what's better 1 combine datafile of 2 separate datafiles.

You will need to combine both into 1 data set, if you try to change data sets you will wipe the 'first' OOB
