Very little luck is needed with a Tiger.
Shooting! First turn! Jess has burned his Sherman down thru the town at top speed. My Tiger moves only a few hexes, and is fired on! At 100 meters we pound rounds back and forth, with no hits. I duck back onto a side street. Will he follow?
