The reason I mention this right now (sale runs for 18 days, so no rush) is because Gamer's Gate put out a 20% Discount "Thank You" credit which expires tomorrow (I assume a lot of you got it if you've been buying from Gamer's Gate). Thinking that for $8 I might go with this one rather than waiting. Kinda hate to lose out on the credit... on the fence at the moment.

I've kinda bought myself into a stupor at the moment... have so many games it will take all of my high speed download cap for two months just to get them installed! I did this last year too... bought a dozen or more games at ridiculous prices. Even a year later, those discount prices are still very competitive on all of them. Just gotta catch the right price at the right moment (Which is where this thread comes in).

But it's a good problem in the greater scheme of things. There are many worse addictions than bargain hunting for games

GOG has started their winter sale and it's pretty amazing.
They are giving away
Age of Wonders to the next 89,000 customers (the counter is ticking down as I type this)
Lots of flash sales going on for only a few hours (more countdowns) so no sense in commenting on individual titles, but suggest you dash over and check it out!

Total War Rome II: Emperor's Edition now discounted 75% ($15) All DLC is also discounted 75%.

Like "Cliffs of Dover" this game was a disaster at release, but recent reviews say this edition has fixed most of the problems plus adding a lot of new content to the game. So you might want to check this out. Haven't checked Steam yet, so price compare before buying.

Well doesn't help me I had a problem with steam and now they do not recognize any of the games I bought. I will never buy a steam game again.
