This is a load of bollocks. I'm trying to fix a problem for my copy of Distant Worlds (Steam version works but the Matrix doesn't [&:]) and I get turned back every time. It's incredibly frustrating to purchase a game and then have an issue and wait for this stupid thing to end. And if it's in place because of ONE person some time ago, it's pretty ridiculous. This policy really needs to be dropped.

No the policy needs to stay. Too many spambots ruin a site. And that is what was happening here.
