This bug, which was units getting replacements in the enemy logistics phase if they were in refit and on a depot, was fixed in 1.00.07. The special code for the refit in a depot hex rule was activating for both players in both player's logistics phases. If you see any other replacement issues with 1.00.07, please bring them up. Saves are crucial, and having the pre-save in this case allowed us to find this bug. Thanks.
