1. Rule Change (section 18.1.1) - Italy will never surrender prior to August 1943. In August 1943, the German garrison value in Italy is never divided by 4 when determining Italian surrender.

For some reason I find this patch note funny for it's wording, and it leaves me wondering. Why is 4 so bad when I suppose all other numbers are ok? What would happen if it was divided by 4? Scary stuff. I just know that there is a group of anarchists out there that want to divide it by 4.

It must be in the code like this:

ItalySurrenderChance = GarrisonValue / ( N - 4 )

So you better not have N == 4.

I download patch,unzip,copy and paste into WitW file folder and still version 1.00?

Ok,working now,used the updater in file folder.Was not working yesterday.
