Who is your internet provider? I was told with the smiley fix that the upload limits have also been increased to 1mb although I haven't tried it with my non-moderator username. I will test it now.

The 1mb upload isn't working, I've upchanneled it to the adminstrators along with the white screen of death problem. Hope to hear something tomorrow.
