HI Gloo,

yes, we like those uncommon ones. We will add more and more over time and update by update, but still those are not all you get in 1.07. Some more are to come. [8D]

Hello,

Thanks

Hello terminator,

the DLC we are working on ist strongly linked to the update 1.07. This means both have to be in a release-ready state. This might take while, yes.

But we will have beta trials for both so if you are eager to get your hands on all the new stuff, participating in them would speed things up for you.

Regards,

Some more ideas for 1.07 or maybe later versions -

Elite 1943, something like Regular 1943
Any difference in stats between Regular 39 and Light Infantry a.k.a. Jager divisions?

Elite 1943
For the elite troops many were changed into Panzergrenadier units (or rather designated as such, some did only change the name not the OoB or TOE) some were strengthend by additional battalions in 1943. So far this was done by using the respective support units of GaW.
As to my knowledge units like the Freiwilligenverbände can be depicted with the 1941 version without being too far from the reality. If you have data that proofs otherwise, i am happy to learn and depict that.

Jäger/Light divisions

They had two regiments instead of three which can be simulated by placing them as a brigade while naming them division. This kind of compromise is also chosen for the Soviet Tank Corps which would need XXX as a marking but had the dimension of German Panzer divisions.
We could add extra values for them like Sicherungsdivisionen have if that is prefered.

Hi guys,

realizing the Soviet tank threat Hungarian engineers work hard to develop counter measures. The Zrinyi II is the result and it suppports infantry as well as it fights the T-34 better than the Turan tanks.

The IS-3 technically didn't see combat in WWII. [;)]
The first public demonstration of the IS-3 came on 7 September 1945 during the Allied victory parade on Charlottenburgerstrasse in Berlin with the heavily reinforced 71st Guards Heavy Tank Regiment of the 2nd Guards Tank Army. The IS-3 came too late to see action in World War II.

HI Richie61,

no worries, GaW will be true to its historical approach when it comes to recruitment. The Soviets won't be able to get IS 3 units before the official introduction.

Anyway a designer could place or add some via an event at will or create maps that are staged shortly after the war.

Hello,

a little update on 1.07: we are still on it, giving it the last touches. So we are slowly reaching the end, still some way to go though.

Hopefully we can be more specific soon.

The time from late July till now brought delays of all kinds (holidays, another release, etc.) that now are under controll. [8D]

Last but not least Hungary gets her Toldi tanks. This will be the last completly new 3d model we add for 1.07. Some infantries still need their officers though.
