- now allow populations with colony population policy set to 'Exterminate' to be completely wiped out at colonies (do not stop at 1 million)

Do you play without mods? I haven't played vanilla in ages, but with various mods, it doesnt work.

It worked for me (i was fooled and was eager to read the patch notes, HAHAHA!! ).
I was looking for news and read that the patch has new comments. haha, great.

Hmm, trying to continue my game started with v1.9.5.2 - where can I find the full changelog to see the changes between v1.9.5.2 and v1.9.5.10 ?

I didn't think of checking the game folder, my bad...
Yeah, I just stumbled on this guide (and his owner), and decided to try to find a way to finally beat those darn pirates in my game started on v1.9.5.2 in 2014...
